Mike is a lawyer and former ISPA Regulatory Advisor having left this cherished position to join Neotel as General Manager: Regulatory Policy and Special Projects. Mike is a director of the .ZA Domain Name Authority and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. He also serves on the Ministerial Task Team on Child Pornography.
Mike is passionate about the Internet in general and ‘net neutrality and responsible freedom of expression, in particular.
He is also a supporter of fierce competition combined with non-collusive industry co-operation as the best ways to improve Internet user experience, grow the industry and profitability.
