We have an open peering policy.
Packet Clearing House (http://www.pch.net) is a non-for-profit research institute which operates public looking-glasses and routing data-collection facilities at many Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) around the world. In order for the data we collect in the looking glasses we operate to be as complete as possible, we attempt to collect peering routes from all participants at each exchange.
In addition, we also do Anycast hosting. We currently host the ccTLD domains for several developing countries, one larger gTLD (.biz), several copies of the i-root-servers.net DNS server, and the INOC-DBA (http://www.pch.net/inoc-dba) SIP proxy. The traffic generated by these services is minuscule, but hopefully useful.
We make our routing tables available to researchers, the operations community, and the public, in real time at http://lg.pch.net/, and as a historical archive, either by request or at http://archive.pch.net/.
