Sponsorship Opportunities

---

Platinum Sponsorship (exclusive) - R55 000 (excl VAT)

• Your corporate logo will appear on the official iWeek website with a link to your company's website.
• Your logo and a 75-word promotional paragraph will be posted to the sponsorship page of the iWeek website. Content to be provided.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will be printed on the official iWeek programme.
• Your promotional paragraph and URL will be published in the ISPA's internal newsletter either pre or post the event.
• One (1) uniform LARGE complimentary free-standing 2.5 x 0.5M stand will be provided to you for exhibition purposes in a prime exclusive site.
• Your company will be entitled to erect two (2) free-standing 1M x 2M banners inside the auditorium for the duration of the event.
• Your company will be mentioned in at least one (1) press release.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will remain on the iWeek website for a period of 12 months after the event.
• You will be entitled to provide branded give-aways such as pens or notepads or any other promotional items, thereby gaining additional exposure for your organisation.
• Optional: The Platinum sponsor will be entitled to brand the ISPA dinner to be held on Thursday, 18 September 2008. This provides you with the following:
• Your company name will appear on the iWeek programme as the official sponsor of the ISPA dinner
• You may deliver a brief opening address
• You may erect two (2) free-standing 1M x 2M banners at the dinner venue

Note: This is optional and a portion of the costs relating to the dinner will be for the sponsor's own account - amount over and above the sponsorship fee: R25 000 (excl VAT).

Gold Sponsorship - R35 000 (excl VAT)
(Limited to two sponsors only)

• Your corporate logo will appear on the official iWeek website with a link to your company’s website.
• Your logo and a 55-word promotional paragraph will be posted to the sponsorship page of the iWeek website. Content to be provided.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will be printed on the official iWeek programme.
• Your promotional paragraph and URL will be published in the ISPA’s internal newsletter either pre or post the event.
• One (1) uniform SMALL complimentary free-standing 2 x 0.5M stand will be provided to you for exhibition purposes.
• Your company will be entitled to erect two (2) free-standing 1M x 2M banner in an area to be determined outside of the auditorium.
• Your company will be mentioned in at least one (1) press release.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will remain on the iWeek website for a period of 9 months after the event.
• You will be entitled to provide branded give-aways such as pens or notepads or any other promotional items, thereby gaining additional exposure for your organisation.
• Optional: The Gold sponsors will be entitled to either:
• Brand the 3 conference lunches or
    first-come-first-served
• Brand the Super Teachers' Training Award ceremony
    first-come-first-served

Conference lunches

This provides you with the following:

• Your company name will appear on the iWeek programme as the official sponsor of the lunches
• Your company may deliver a brief opening address on the opening day at the lunch
• Your company may erect a free-standing 1M x 2M banner in the luncheon area

Note: This is optional and a portion of the costs related to the lunches will be for the sponsor's own account - amount over and above the sponsorship fee: R15 000 (excl VAT).

Teacher Training Award Ceremony closed dinner

• To be held on 17 September 2008

The Super Teachers’ Training Award Ceremony closed dinner will be held on 17 September 2008. An initiative started some years back by ISPA, UniForum SA and now with partners NetDay and Avuxeni Training Academy, the awards recognises teachers who have participated in the skills project and successfully imparted their newly-acquired knowledge to the local communities.

This provides you with the following:

• Your company name will appear on the iWeek programme as the official sponsor of the award ceremony dinner
• Your company may brand the prizes where applicable
• You may erect two (2) free-standing 1M x 2M banners at the dinner venue

Note: This is optional and a portion of the costs to cover the prizes will be for the sponsor's own account.
Amount over and above the sponsorship fee: R20 000 (excl VAT).

Silver Sponsorship - R20 000 (excl VAT)
(Limited to two sponsors only)

• Your corporate logo will appear on the official iWeek website with a link to your company's website.
• Your logo and a 40-word promotional paragraph will be posted to the sponsorship page of the iWeek website. Content to be provided.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will be printed on the official iWeek programme.
• A 25% discount will be granted on one SMALL uniform free-standing 2 x 0.5M stand for exhibition purposes.
• Your company will be mentioned in at least one (1) press release.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will remain on the iWeek website for a period of 6 months after the event.
• Optional: The Silver sponsors will be entitled to either:
• Brand the registration area by erecting two (2) free-standing 1M x 2M banners or
• Brand the stairwell area by erecting two (2) free-standing 1M x 2M banners

Note: This is optional and will cost an additional R5 000 each (excl VAT) due to the high visibility provided in these areas.

Bronze Sponsorship - R10 000 (excl VAT)

• Your corporate logo will appear on the official iWeek website with a link to your company's website.
• Your logo and a 30-word promotional paragraph will be posted to the sponsorship page of the iWeek website. Content to be provided.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will be printed on the official iWeek programme.
• Your logo and promotional paragraph will remain on the iWeek website for a period of 3 months after the event.
• A 15% discount will be granted on one uniform SMALL free-standing 2 x 0.5M stand for exhibition purposes.
