Sponsorship Opportunities

 

ISPA and UniForum SA are proud to announce their annual conference and exhibition to be held at the Kyalami Castle in Midrand, South Africa from 4 - 7 September 2006. This is a specialist conference targeting local players and decision makers within the Internet industry in South Africa as well as regional players within Africa.

 

iWeek is very proud of its track record in hosting successful conferences. This year is no exception and this is an auspicious occasion, the 10th anniversary of the ISPA South Africa and the 5th anniversary of the iWeek conference; an ideal opportunity for organisations to participate in the Internet industry event of the year.

 

Please note that we will not be limiting the number of sponsors in each category (within reason) but do not wish to detract from our sponsors' branding. We will therefore take cognisance of specific requirements to ensure each sponsor receives significant value for their investment.

• Logo will appear on all conference material, press and promotional material that is produced for the event.
• Brochures and/or corporate profiles may be made available to delegates through inserts into iWeek handout folder.
• A complimentary 3 x 6 metre stand at the Exhibition with preferential stand allocation (subject to availability at time of confirmation of sponsorship).
• Full page advert in iWeek programme.
• 1 Complimentary room at the Castle, twin occupancy, bed and breakfast for the nights of 4th, 5th and 6th September 2006 (conditions apply).

Platinum Sponsorship (R100 000)

 

• Logo will appear on official website with hyperlink to your company's website.
• Promotional paragraph on official website. Content to be provided.
• Brochures and/or corporate profiles may be made available to delegates through inserts into iWeek handout folder.
• Full page advert in iWeek programme.

Gold Sponsorship (R50 000)

Silver Sponsorship (R25 000)

• Half page advert in iWeek programme.
• 25% discount on 3 x 3 meter stand at the Exhibition.

• Registration desk for one of the conference days

Bronze Sponsorship (R10 000)

• Half page advert in iWeek programme.

Gala Dinner (R50 000)

 

This sponsorship entitles the sponsor to subtle branding of the dinner venue as well as an opportunity to deliver a brief address. The dinner takes place on Wednesday, 6 September 2006.
