Adjudicators and appeals panel
- Adjudicators must be independent experts with sufficient skills to be able to evaluate complaints in a reasonable and fair manner.
- Adjudicators shall warrant that they are free of any conflict of interest either in general or in respect of a specific matter.
- An appeals panel will consist of three adjudicators. The majority decision of an appeals panel will be considered the decision of that appeals panel.
- Adjudicators may be remunerated at a rate agreed by ISPA's Management Committee.
