Other:

  • Technology Concepts only offers permanent leased line access to the Internet.
This is where a dedicated Telkom line is installed between the customer and Technology Concepts.
These lines can be from 64K through to 2048K in size.
One of the major differences of linking to the internet with Technology Concepts, is that the customer is not restricted in terms of using the line at any instant. A number of ISP's restrict this line where the customer has only a portion of this available for international access.
At Technology Concepts, we prefer to give our customers full use of the line both locally and internationally and rather come to an agreement as to the total amount of traffic over a period of a month.
In addition, we have a number of tools to assist with the management of the use of the line to ensure that customers are getting the maximum benefit out of the service.
